Our digital brushes and creative resources are made for artists, creators and small businesses. Because everyone uses digital products differently, we offer different license options depending on how you intend to use the brushes.
Please read this guide before purchasing to make sure you select the appropriate license for your intended use.
🌸 PERSONAL USE LICENSE
For personal, non-commercial creativity
Choose the Personal Use License if you are purchasing the brushes simply to create artwork for yourself, your personal projects, or as gifts.
You may:
- Create personal digital artwork and illustrations.
- Use the brushes for personal coloring and creative projects.
- Print your finished artwork for yourself.
- Give physical prints or finished artwork as personal gifts.
- Share images of your finished artwork on personal social media accounts.
You may NOT:
- Sell artwork created using the brushes.
- Use the brushes for paid client work.
- Use the brushes to create products for sale.
- Use the brushes for commercial branding or business materials.
- Share, resell, redistribute, or give away the original brush files.
If you intend to make money from artwork created with the brushes, please choose a Commercial License instead.
💼 COMMERCIAL LICENSE
For artists, freelancers & small businesses
Choose the Commercial License if you intend to use the brushes to create original artwork that will be used commercially.
This may include selling your finished artwork or using your artwork as part of your business.
Examples of permitted commercial use:
Finished artwork
- Art prints
- Posters
- Greeting cards
- Stickers
- Art cards
- Physical artwork
- Other finished products featuring your original artwork
Digital artwork
- Digital illustrations
- Finished digital designs
- Social media graphics
- Website graphics
- Marketing materials
- Promotional artwork
- Business graphics
Client work
You may use the brushes to create original artwork for clients, provided that the final artwork is your own creation and you are not transferring or distributing the original brush files.
Important:
The Commercial License gives you permission to use the brushes as a creative tool.
It does not give you ownership of the brushes themselves.
You may not:
- Resell the original brushes.
- Share or redistribute the brush files.
- Upload the brushes to another website or marketplace.
- Give the brushes to clients, friends, students, or other third parties.
- Include the original brush files in another digital product.
- Claim the brushes themselves as your own creation.
- Sell the brushes, modified brushes, or substantially similar brush files as competing digital products.
💎 EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE
For broader or higher-volume commercial use
The Extended Commercial License is designed for customers who require broader commercial permissions than those provided by the standard Commercial License.
It includes the permissions of the Commercial License while allowing for additional commercial applications and/or higher-volume use, as specified in the license terms associated with the product.
This option may be appropriate for:
- Larger commercial projects
- Higher-volume product production
- Businesses with broader commercial applications
- Extensive client or commissioned work
- Commercial projects requiring additional permissions beyond the standard license
Still not permitted:
Even with an Extended Commercial License, you may never:
- Resell the original brush files.
- Share or redistribute the brushes.
- Upload the brushes to another marketplace.
- Give the brushes away as a free download.
- Include the brushes as downloadable files in another product.
- Claim ownership of the original brushes.
- Create a competing brush pack from the purchased files.
The license gives you permission to use the brushes. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original digital product.

You are not purchasing copyright or ownership of the original brushes.
The original brush files, artwork, textures, stamps, and other digital assets remain the intellectual property of Pure Little Glitty.
Your license applies only to the specific digital product and license type purchased.
